I bought a watermelon the size of a Japanese sumo wrestler and made Persian Breakfast for lunch for my Japanese friends.
A friend commented my picture looked like a pregnancy one. I replied, yes and judging by my pants, my water broke too. It IS water by the way. I assure you.
That’s a really huge water melon! The breakfast looks so good π

That is one of the loveliest spreads I’ve ever seen! Is that pepper on avocado? I’d never think to make it savory, without accompaniment of meats of some sort.

Ah, there’s nothing more that I love than farmer’s markets! Anyways, I don’t really like watermelons that much, but I know so many people who do and I have no idea what I’m supposedly missing out on!

That spread looks so amazing! And I’ve been obsessed with watermelon lately. Here in Belize, it’s in season all year-round so I’ve been eating it every day and loving it! I need to learn more about preparing this Persian Breakfast. Yum!

It is basically combining bread, watermelon, cheese (ricotta or feta), basil and/or mint and nuts (walnuts or pistachio) washed down with black tea! SOOOO GOOD.
